Canggu Villa Plan
The Canggu Villa is build on a slightly sloping piece of land (6500m2 or 1,5 acre), with at the lower end a small river. The two lower bedrooms (9a - 9b) have a balcony offering a view of the river. Also the bale (pavillion - 12) offers a view of the little river. A cosy little bungalow (10) is build on the lower side of the slope close to the river.
The parking is large enough for many cars and (mini) buses.
Buildings
The Villa is made up out of 8 main buildings, centered around the central living area (3). On the lower left side of the property close to the river there are two luxury (guest) bedrooms (9a-9b), and just next to those bedrooms is a "media room" (13) with hi-fi stereo and video, and a pool table. The immense Master Bedroom (8) is a separate building left of the central living area.
Plenty of Bedrooms
In total there are 8 bedrooms available in the villa, making it suitable for rentals, but also for private or cooperate owners with plenty of guests. Here below are 3 bedrooms (6a-b-c) next to the dining area (4).
